Property Disputes

Segatti Noor offers a complete range of legal services in the area of real estate law, including purchases, sales, leasing, land development (commercial, residential and mixed-use) and the financing of transactions associated with such matters.

Our attorneys have extensive experience in the review of title insurance policies and regularly assist their transactional clients with investigating and resolving issues involving title defects. We prepare and review all necessary documents, including purchase and sales agreements, leases, land contracts, closing statements and loan documents, ensure the proper recording of title documents and obtain discharges of tax, construction, and other liens.

Our firm's Real Estate Litigation Group regularly represents lenders, national mortgage loan servicers, property owners and others with title insurance coverage disputes and claims involving real estate fraud, lien priority, ownership, boundary lines, preemptive rights, adverse possession, access, easements, and other related matters.
